Hi! I am so proud to call myself a doula as I have always been fascinated by pregnancy and birth and I feel so honored to be invited into such an intimate and vulnerable space to support others. ​I am trained as a birth and postpartum doula and also newly certified as a Body Ready Method Pro (a program that works on alignment and balance in order to help minimize pregnancy discomfort and to support a more efficient birthing process). I love getting to know my clients in a way that allows me to really connect with them, to know what they hope for as well as their fears and concerns, what helps them to relax and breathe and feel safe, where their preferences land, what options they have and how to advocate for those and to truly want the best for them. ​My practice is all inclusive and without judgment or an agenda for your pregnancy, birthing, and parenting journey! ​​​​​​​
